The Analysis Of College Students’ Teamwork Spirit Education

The increasingly fierce competition and more cooperation&exchangescoexist in the21st century. Now the post90s college students has gradually steppedinto the university campus, because of the impact the living environment and avariety of other factors, they exhibit distinctive characteristics of the times. On onehand, they actively think, pursue individual character and have a strong sense ofinitiative, independence and competition consciousness. On the other hand, theirteam spirit is relatively lacking. Currently, to strengthen of college students’teamwork spirit education is not only the need of social development but also of theindividual development.By comparing the team spirit between the European and American culture andJapanese culture firstly, this study will explore the team spirit based on collectivismunder the background of Chinese culture. Also, the current situations of collegestudents’ team cooperation spirit will be surveyed in the paper.The concrete practices are as follows: the questionnaire survey has been conductedamong college students from five universities and find that college students haveteam spirit team cognition, emotion and behavior separation, poor initiative tocommunicate with others and strong utilitarianism of team cooperation. The maincauses of above problems are the inadequate school education, improper familyeducation, and the negative influence of social environment as well as the collegestudents themselves. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures topromote the team spirit of cooperation education of college students. Thesemeasures include the further integration of education resources, innovation anddevelopment of education paths， establish more effectiveness of the system theoryand practice of team cooperation spirit. College students’ team cooperation spiriteducation will achieve its rightful place and produce the desired objectives.
