Human resource is one of the most important social resources. As the operator of the finance, technique and management of the company, human resource has become one part of the competitions among companies. How could the employees adapt to the changeable circumstances matters most in the development for the company. In this sense, how to avoid the outflow of the employees and prevent the loss caused by the outflow becomes one of the challenges faced by modern companies.In China, as the development of economic, the standard of the material life progress a lot. Along with it is the rapidly increasing demand of spiritual life. Golf is popular activity which advocates green and healthy life for modern people. These years, golf has spread over China and becomes an industry which attracts and absorbs a large number of human resources. However, because of the lack of the correct concept of management and effective executive system, the golf club facing a serious problem due to the loss of the employees.Nowadays, it is especially serious in Liaoning Province. As for the loss of the employees, most of the managers neither take it into deep consideration nor take steps to prevent it. As a result, the loss has a negative effect on the golf development. Under this circumstance, the paper aims to analyze the current state of golf employees, find out the inner mechanism of the loss of the employees. By researching, the paper hopes to provide some related suggestions to the golf managers.Through analyzing and debating, the paper draws four conclusions as follows:First, human resource is one of the most important social resources, it has four features, including dynamic character, mechanical consumption, dependent on the environment and zone-crossflowing. Second, the loss of the/golf club employees is extremely serious in Liaoning Province. The majority of outflow employees come from the Caddie Department, aging from18~25, with less than one-year-working-experience. Above all, they are poorly educated and have an unsteady salary.Third, the reasons resulting in the loss of golf club employees include the pursue of a better position, the differences among the salaries and the weather condition, which forces the golf field closed.Forth, the loss of the golf club employees has corresponding influences. It brings up the cost of the club, does harm to the club image, brings down the working efficiency and the cohesion.Facing these problems, the paper comes up with four solutions:First, set up a smooth communicating institution, keep in touch with different employees.Second, set up a more reasonable salary system, focus an eye on the excitation mechanism.Third, make a detailed plan about the working schedule of the employees and prepare a better future for them.Forth, provide some substitute jobs for the employees during the winter termination.
