The Hunan edition(primary school) organized with traditional lessens and basic knowledge as well asbasic skills, which emphasis “dual bases”. For the choice of content, the Hebei editionpays more attention to local traditional music and tend to diversity,while the Hunanedition importance to our country traditional music, PEP emphasis modern creativemusic with diversification. The program of columns of PEP for middle school, need tobe clearer.For the front covers and illustrations,the Hebei edition is multivariate andcomposite, the Hunan edition is nationalized,the PEP is unified and great. In summary,the Hebei edition is superior to the other two.For the notes, the writer believes that all the three editions need to be improvedin the aspect of normative, interest and artistic quality.It is discovered that in the research of teachers and students who use these threeeditions, they all like the three editions, but they want more popular songs.
