The sports industry generally believes that the factors affecting the athlete's basic psychological satisfaction and happiness can be attributed to an organizational factor,an individual factor and an environmental factor.Therefore,this study revised the "Differentiated Transformation Coach Leadership Behavior Scale" with a representative change coach leadership behavior incision in the organizational factors,combined with the "Basic Psychological Satisfaction Scale for Athletes" and "Announcement of Athletes' Happiness "Table" to pre-study the first-line second-line women's basketball team athletes and second-line men's basketball players(a total of 51)of the Hebei Provincial Sports Team.In the process of revision and testing of the scale,literature,questionnaire,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and hierarchical regression analysis are mainly used.After the formal questionnaire integration,a total of 432 athletes were tested on the top six teams of men's and women's basketball,men's and women's volleyball,and men's and women's football finals in the 15 th Games of Hebei Province.Finally,the data obtained from the test results are analyzed,and the revised "Differentiated Transformation Coach Leadership Behavior Scale" has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for localization in China,and further validates the basics of athletes.The role of psychological satisfaction in the differentiation of coaching leadership behavior and athletes' sense of well-being is intended to provide effective measurement tools for future research in relevant fields,and to provide some scientific basis for improving athletes' basic psychological satisfaction and happiness.According to the research results and analysis,the following research conclusions are drawn:1.The revised “Differentiated Transformation Coaching Behavior Scale” contains seven dimensions of personal consideration,positive encouragement,thinking,promotion of team goal cooperation,high performance expectations,role model demonstration and appropriate role modeling,and the predecessor Callow.The dimensions of the scale division are consistent and contain 30 questions.And the scale has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for Chinese local culture and meets the measurement standards of psychology.2.Differentiated transformational coach leadership behavior positively affects athletes' sense of well-being.Combined with the theory,the degree of difference in coach's leadership behavior affects the athlete's acquisition and perception of happiness to a certain extent,which affects the internalization of athletes' motivation and the improvement of their performance.3.Differentiated transformational coach leadership behavior is positively satisfied by athletes.The study found that the basic psychological satisfaction of athletes is obtained by sensing the degree of difference in the behavior of transformational coaches.By improving the coach's transformational leadership behavior,the athlete's basic psychological satisfaction can be improved.As long as the athletes psychologically agree with the coach's transformational behavior,it will help to strengthen the team's cohesiveness and training enthusiasm.4.The basic psychological satisfaction of athletes plays a full intermediary role in the leadership behavior of differentiated transformation coaches and the happiness of athletes.Differentiated transformational coach leadership behavior needs to further influence the athletes' happiness by affecting the athletes' basic psychological satisfaction.
