Teacher-student relationship is a significant research issue in the field of education. Scholars did theoretical research and empirical study which gives us many important suggestions. Compelled with the research about teacher and student relationship in school, the research in counseling agencies is less. Most research is about how to standardize counseling agencies, investment and returns, cost and benefit which all are management science and economics. While the research at the perspective of education is rarely and all research just focused on the phenomenon of counseling agencies. The research object covering elementary school, middle school students and college students, but counseling agencies are outside the research.This study attempts to explore teacher-student relationship of elementary school counseling agencies, focus on the two main bodys in teaching activity--teachers and students. The research combined with counseling agencies and the relationship between teachers and students. In reference on the basis of previous research, the combination of questionnaire and interview method to primary school education institutions in the remediation of the relationship between teachers and students are discussed in this paper.First of all, the paper distinguished several similar concepts; Then, through related data the paper analyzed three aspects that affect the relationship between teachers and students in primary school counseling agencies, which are the initiative of students between teachers and students communication, teacher’s personality and environment and atmosphere; Finally, the paper get conclusion from the investigation of counseling agencies and put forward related suggestions for full-time school.In this paper, the research results show that the current relationship between teachers and students in counseling agencies is satisfactory and better than school. Results didn’t show difference because of gender and age. Students at counseling agencies shows more active during the communication with teachers than school. The personality factors of teacher at counseling agencies have great influence on the relationship between teachers and students. The environmental and atmosphere of counseling agencies have certain influence on the relationship between teachers and students.The investigation of the relationship between teachers and students in counseling agencies not only pay attention to the group of counseling agencies but also can provides a comparative reference for full-time school about building a good relationship between teachers and students and puts forward the corresponding suggestion:reducing class size to provide a favorable environment for good relationship between teachers and students; Enhance teachers’quality, provide the conditions for good teacher-student relationship; Build a platform to encourage students to be active during communication between teachers and students.
