Therefore, research on secondary vocational teachers’ occupationalburnout and then the formation of the burnout factors and interventionstrategy is very necessary.In this paper, through literature research, combing the domestic andforeign general situation of the research on teachers’ job burnout, to grasp theteachers’ job burnout of the evolution process of the research topic; Throughempirical investigation, discussed the present situation of baotou citysecondary vocational school teachers’ job burnout; The main source of leadsto teachers’ job burnout; Ease and adjustment countermeasures of teachers’occupational tiredness.
