In recent years, with the deepening of social competition, job burnoutphenomenon has been widely appeared in various fields of social life, isregarded as the crisis of the new century and the disease of modern life.Teacher’s job burnout of high-risk groups. If teachers’ job burnoutphenomenon can not get effective control, will not only seriously affect thephysical and mental health of teachers, hinder the teachers’ professionaldevelopment, but also may do harm to students’ academic, is not conducive tothe healthy development of students body and mind, and the formation ofhealthy personality. Secondary vocational education is an importantcomponent of China’s high school education, shoulders the important task oftraining hundreds of millions of high-quality workers, is the importantfoundation of China’s economic and social development. Research shows thatsecondary vocational teachers’ job burnout is a growing trend. This not onlyseriously affected the secondary vocational teachers’ physical and mentalhealth, and also make the students and teacher’s own development is greatlyhindered. Therefore, research on secondary vocational teachers’ occupationalburnout and then the formation of the burnout factors and interventionstrategy is very necessary.In this paper, through literature research, combing the domestic andforeign general situation of the research on teachers’ job burnout, to grasp theteachers’ job burnout of the evolution process of the research topic; Throughempirical investigation, discussed the present situation of baotou citysecondary vocational school teachers’ job burnout; The main source of leadsto teachers’ job burnout; Ease and adjustment countermeasures of teachers’occupational tiredness. Which reflects the Inner Mongolia baotou city secondary vocational school teachers ZaiZhiJiao resources integration afterthe unit characteristics of job burnout, for school, the society, the educationadministrative agencies, especially teachers understand and provide certaintheoretical basis for understanding the problems of teachers’ occupationaltiredness, for teachers to provide scientific reference for the management andconstruction. This study will serve for baotou research object lockingmanagement vocational school teachers, and through the questionnaire surveyand interviews, analysis of survey data and the interview data.Paper main body is composed of four parts:The first part is introduction, in the study of have data on the basis ofliterature review, combined with related research level, put forward theresearch purpose of this research and content.The second part is the research design, including definition of importantconcepts in this article, the purpose of the questionnaire and interview, object,idea and method.The third part is the results of the study and analysis, according to thecontent of the questionnaire and results, to accept the survey of baotou servicemanagement vocational school overall description of the status quo ofteachers’ occupational tiredness do prove that more than half of the schoolteachers there are different degree of teachers’ occupational tirednesssymptoms.The fourth part analyses the current situation of secondary vocationalschool teachers’ job burnout has its causes, to students, teachers, schoolfactors and social factors discussed in depth; From the perspective of teachersthemselves, schools and society proposed mitigation countermeasures ofsecondary vocational school teachers’ job burnout.
