The Investigation Of Basic Condition Of Running Secondary Schools In Jilin City

Vocational education and rural education are the essential components of the modern civil educative system. They react on the social economic development. The socialistic construction needs a few hundred million laborers. China is a big country in agriculture and there is huge laborer resource in rural area. Only by improving cultural quality of the rural population and improving the technical capability of employment greatly, can we change the huge population pressure into huge laborer resource. Vocational education can realize the process, so developing rural vocational education is the key point of solving the problem. The position of vocational education is standing out in social development. But we should realize the deficient part in vocational educational system of our country, especially in aspect of investing and setting up resource, some traditional thinking pattern is still reacting, and this cause the narrow investing, utilizing educational resource unreasonably and phenomenon of wasting resource. At the same time, there are more students and less educational resource. The state and social begin to concern the problem existing in vocational education. This thesis paper expound the basic schooling condition of vocational education in Jilin area and analyzes the problem of assignment and application in vocational education, and aims to raise some constructive solutions in using vocational resource in Jilin area reasonably and how to serve for the local economic development by using the urban advanced resource and improving the quality of rural laborers. The body of this thesis paper consists three major parts.Part one: It is stated the schooling situation of Jilin area and compare the urban schools resource with the rural school resource (including the location, school scale specialty setting related practice base and special teacher equipping), and compare some certain schools.Part two: Analyzing the problem of using the educational resource in Jilin area---phenomenon of wasting educational resource and lack of educational resource in rural area. Analyzing the reasons of forming these problems from policy leading, government investing, educational administration, and specialty setting.Part three: Combining the secondary vocational school's successful experiences of integrating educational resource in other areas and the national policy. According to the local economic developing tendency, the paper presents to integrate the vocational educational resource ,adjust the layout of construction, aim to serve for the local economic development and change the huge population pressure into laborer advantage.
