Education and training industry has a large market of hundreds of millions. With thedevelopment of mobile Internet technology, online education grows rapidly. Theimportant issue studied by China’s education and training institutions is how to apply020mode efficiently, which focuses on the integration between online and offline education.As an education and training institution built by students, Hujiang network startedfrom “Hujiang yulin”BBS, and became an education and training leading enterpriseowning60million members with market value of two billion, after12years’development. But its mobile Internet online and offline interactive educational process isnot enough, customers are not really satisfied about their learning experience and thesales of online products are low, which has become the bottleneck for furtherdevelopment, transformation and upgrading of some enterprises. The background of thispaper is the intense competition of education and training market. This paper will takeHujiang network for example to provide some reference and advice for the application of020mode in China’s education and training institutions, by discussing how to design andapply020mode better in Hujiang network’s business form, marketing and teachingpractice, aiming at meeting online education’s demand of020mode.By interviewing enterprise and customer, analyzing industry and products, retrievingdocuments, this paper analyzes the status of Hujiang network and the industry it belongsto. Using case studies and comparative analysis to find existing problems of Hujiangnetwork, based on the actual business situation of Hujiang, this paper designs an020mode’s application scheme in Hujiang focused on customers’ satisfaction and proposesthe guarantee and implementation measures of this application scheme, which reflectsvalue chain theory and synergies effect.According to this paper, it is necessary to construct the application design integrating020mode in the field of business form, marketing and teaching process, to improvecustomers’ satisfaction and expand market share to be more competitive. The effectiveway to enhance Hujiang’s comprehensive competitiveness and business efficiency isimproving products’ positioning, optimizing online and offline business structure,building customer classification database and designing interactive process betweenonline and offline teaching.
