In 2007,the Karate project was established by the State Sports General Administration as the official sports program in China,and the Chinese Karate national team was established.Karate has a short development time in China.Therefore,most of its research is still on the status quo survey,development strategies and feasibility analysis.There is very little research on physical training of athletes.The hand strike after karate is an extremely important item in the team technique and it is one of the scoring methods that must be mastered by excellent team players.It is widely used in team games.This technology is relatively complicated compared to other boxing techniques.It requires athletes to have higher physical and physical fitness requirements,and at the same time requires athletes to have a stronger ability to seize the opportunity in the game.Therefore,the author based on karate after the hand hit the technology,based on the theory of sports chain movement analysis,later in the hand physical fitness training as the main direction to start research,design training programs,explore new training methods.From its development to its development,the kinematic chain theory has played an important role in the fields of rehabilitation and protection of sports injuries,functional training of the body,and analysis of human movement characteristics.Based on the kinematic chain theory,this paper analyzes the chain structure of the hand after the karate attack and establishes the system of the hand-movement chain behind the karate.This provides a scientific theoretical basis for the proposed design of the hand-punch fitness training program.The article uses literature research method,interview method,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to study the method of training physical fitness after karate.After the sample is tested in the hand and then the body is tested,the structure of the kinematic chain is analyzed.A specific training program is designed.After expert investigation,a highly representative evaluation index is selected,and the test results are analyzed.With research,summed up the physical training methods and methods that meet the hands and legs,and hope to study and improve their own karate theory and practice capabilities,and lay a solid foundation for future karate career.The findings are as follows:1.The athlete's speed quality(speed of technical action and punching speed)can be trained by hit the middle of the back hand.The strength quality,sensitive quality and endurance quality are significantly improved.And the specific physical training of the middle hand hit the athletes better than the conventional physical training.2.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the mid-stroke physical fitness training and the conventional physical training before and after the 50-meter running test,indicating that the mid-stroke mid-stroke physical training of the two modes exerts a significant effect on the mid-When the displacement speed and not much impact.3.Through the mid-stroke hitting physical training,experimental group athletes anaerobic exercise ability was significantly improved.The results showed that the maximum power(P<0.05),relative maximum power(P<0.01)and average power(P<0.05)of experimental group athletes significantly improved before and after the experiment.Explain the muscle power of the athletes instantaneous maximum power,the speed and strength,anaerobic exercise continued ability to be improved.However,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the fatigue index of the athletes in the experimental group before and after the experiment,which shows that the physical training of the middle back hand has little effect on the athlete's ability to resist anaerobic exercise.4.Through the experiment,it is found that the middle-back stroke mid-stroke hitting technique test results of the two groups of athletes have improved after two-stage training mode of the mid-stroke hitting physical training and the conventional physical training.However,the athlete test results of hitting the mid-Effect.
