A Study On The Organizational Means Of College Extracurricular Physical Training In Hung Yen Province, Viet Nam

In recent years, the students’ physical health more and more get the attention of thegovernment and the country. By conducting physical education and physical exercise toimprove people’s physical quality, to ensure that the construction of the motherland. Vietnamin colleges and universities to expand the scale of the education the development trend ofdiversification.(delete) the growing of the number of students, to improve the quality ofeducation, improve the sports education work puts forward more requirements. Although thesports education work recently caught the attention of managers, such as teachers, educationequipment and site conditions to improve, the improvement of students physical exerciseactivities, but still can’t meet the goal of education. Vietnam ministry of education, points outthat the current physical education content is monotonous, sports education work status andthe lack of understanding of sports also.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method, observation method, interview methodand mathematical statistics method to utilize modern Vietnam province happy know Vietnamstudy sing-an province current situation of ex-curricular sports activities of colleges anduniversities, find out the current problems in sports activities, based on this, advances inVietnam sing-an province sports of university students in extra-curricular activities of variouskinds of organization of the effective countermeasures.Conclusions are as follows:(1) in addition to formal physical education on the basis ofknowledge and imparting professional knowledge, sports activities also has importantsignificance. Research shows that sports extracurricular activities problems: lack of awarenessof physical education, to participate in extracurricular activities, insufficient number of cadres,equipment conditions have not been able to meet the demand of students, organization moreextracurricular activities is a spontaneous, no formal organization, sports club are rare.(2) thisstudy summarizes four directly affect the Vietnam sing-an province colleges and universitiesextracurricular activities, including: extracurricular activities system factors; Extracurricularactivities facility site condition factors; Teacher factors; Students factors.(3) this study chose5groups improve utilize modern Vietnam province colleges and universities sports extracurricular activity, the method of quality include: the first group: organizationpropaganda, improve the understanding of school sports education status and significance;The second group: organize sports activities out of class, for a long time continuousdevelopment of students’ favorite sports items; The third group: the rational use of existingfacilities and reasonable storage school condition system; The fourth group, set up a volunteerteam, to guide the school extracurricular exercise; Five: enhancing the sense of responsibilityof part in extracurricular activities.
