Investigation And Countermeasures On The Status Quo Of High School Students Participating In Extracurricular Sports Activities In Wanzhou District

The state has always attached great importance to the healthy growth of the young generation.In order to promote the healthy development of the young people's physique in our country and create a good social environment,the formulation and implementation of effective programmatic documents of laws and regulations,and the continuous adjustment with the development of the times to achieve the goal of promoting the development of the health level of the young people in our country.Building a healthy China and a strong sports country can not be separated from school sports and the level of physical and mental health of the young generation.This paper analyzes the present situation of high school students participating in sports activities in Wanzhou District,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems,which can provide reference for promoting high school students participating in sports activities in Wanzhou District.The present situation of high school students participating in sports activities in Wanzhou district is studied by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and field investigation.(1)The general cognition of physical and mental health of high school students in Wanzhou District is positive,and the value of physical education is quite correct.(2)The motivation of high school students participating in sports activities in Wanzhou District is various,the main internal factor is physical exercise,and the external factor is the requirement of the school.(3)There are various ways for high school students in Wanzhou District to master their sports skills,mainly from PE teachers,followed by classmates and friends;the school site equipment can basically meet the needs of class,but the site is difficult to be guaranteed due to bad weather,the site equipment of non-urban schools is not maintained as well as urban schools,the physical education class will occasionally be occupied,and the teaching of physical education theory course is less;the high school students in Wanzhou District generally believe that thephysical education culture atmosphere of the school is general and the content of physical education teaching is relatively single,which can easily lead to the loss of interest of students in physical education activities.(4)Some parents are less supportive of their students' participation in sports activities mainly because they fear that they will affect the study of cultural classes,cause sports injury accidents,and spend more money and use less on the purchase of sporting goods.(5)The overall situation of high school students in Wanzhou District participating in sports activities on weekends or holidays is not optimistic;some students have insufficient understanding of sports activities because of their weak physical fitness and restricted sports skills,which affects their participation in sports activities.(6)Social sports venues are limited and lack the maintenance and management of relevant sports equipment and venues.According to the specific situation of high school students participating in sports activities in Wanzhou District,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen the construction of school sports culture and promote the diversification of physical education teaching methods;(2)Strengthen the links between schools and families to jointly promote the physical and mental health of students;(3)Mobilize parents' support for children's physical exercise and stimulate sports participation;(4)Improve parents' understanding of the rationality of sports and build a good family sports culture;(5)Cultivating Self-consciousness and Sports Interest of High School Students in Wanzhou District;(6)Strengthen the "hardware" foundation and "software" service to promote the development of community sports activities.
