According to the high school geography curriculum not only to provide studentswith the necessary knowledge of geography, we should pay more attention to theessential geographic literacy and to develop students’ ability to solve geographicproblems. The new curriculum standard than before the "high school geographyteaching syllabus"(later referred to as the syllabus), pay more attention to the threedimensional teaching objectives--knowledge and skill, process and method, emotionattitude and values, this goal especially pay attention to the process and the method.The new curriculum standard in the content and added a new "activities" and this partof the content, the new teaching material reform puts forward new requirements.
