In an era of knowledge-based economy, students should have innovation, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability to adapt to the work and life in the future. In recent years, graduate employment problem has caught attention from all sectors of the society, and the government has proposed policies and laws to encourage graduates’ employment or starting up business. Therefore, the research focuses on the teaching model, which can not only promote students’overall capability, innovative awareness and employability, but also create employment and new jobs.The study is consisted of4parts:Chapter1elaborates the context and significance of the paper, which analyses the current situation and research in entrepreneurship education, whereby introducing the problem of this paper.Chapter2analyzes the connotation,idiosyncrasy, influence and value of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurship education based on the basic theories of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Furthermore, this chapter states the connotation of a variety of theories, some of which include entrepreneurship education, knowledge construction, teaching and guiding method.Chapter3, through the investigating entrepreneurship education in10colleges and universities in Dalian and the case of Dalian University of Technology, puts forward an entrepreneurship education system. The system is introduced with aspects of goal setting, curriculum system, practical training, teaching organization and management, evaluation and construction of service support system.Chapter4, based on investigation and analysis of different cases, points out the4key points that reflect basic characteristics and regular patterns of entrepreneurship education--target, curriculum, method and evaluation. It can not be done without external service support and inspection during its practice. Conclusively, this chapter proposes an entrepreneurship education system covering five aspects--goal setting, content setting, method selecting, appraisal means selecting and service supporting.
