With the acceleration of population aging process in our country, aging population has become the focus of the whole society. There is no doubt, to the family, society, and even the whole country has very important significance to be concerned about the health of the elderly. Middle-aged and old women because of its social particularity and their body function of each level after into old age gradually decline, health is not optimistic after they are old. So in what ways, should we effectively improve body function of older women and Slow down function decline to change their way of life and regulate mood. In the national fitness program, this should be reflected on one of the important content of elderly women’s health study. Fitness Dance and tai chi are aerobic fitness programs, and widely popular with old people in the national fitness. Also there is related research proof Scientific and reasonable physical exercise can improve the physical health of the elderly.This study through testing the middle-aged and old women who often to participate in tai chi and Fitness Dance movement, to research and analysis of different aerobic exercise on the influence of some older women health indicators. Through the comprehensive system discusses the relationship between different aerobic exercise and elderly health, providing scientific theory and practice in preventing aging and reasonable exercise for basis Effective to the elderly. To further improve the elderly anti-aging ability, enable the elderly to longer live. These theories have certain practical significance to create a harmonious society.We Chose48middle-aged and old women volunteered to participate in this experiment. The average age was59.6years old. The sample is divided into three groups, respectively fitness Dance group of10people, tai chi group of10people; control group10people. This study on long-term fitness activities is defined as:Last time in more than one year, planned, organized, repeatedly and targeted physical activity.A total of four experiments:Body composition measurement, Bone mineral density measurement, cardiopulmonary function experiment, Static balance test. They are respectively using the instrument:TBF-418B Body fat measurement machine, Achilles Ultrasonic bone strength, cateyeec-1200Power bicycle, Bismarck Super Balance. They output hundreds of data variables. Using SPSS18.0software for data statistics processing, Measured results are in average±standard deviation (Mean±SD) shown. Using Statistical methods such as one-way ANOVA to difference significance test between the groups, independent sample T-test, bivariate correlation analysis and so on.The experimental conclusion shows several physical functions of elderly women who Participate in aerobic exercise for a long time is much better than other women’s. But there are also many testing numerical difference is not obvious for many reasons. The main purpose of the middle-aged and old women to participate in outdoor sports can achieve spiritual satisfaction in their spare time. Sports not only can strengthen physical health, but also can enhance their interpersonal, lonely and boring, establish a good interpersonal relationship between the elderly and entertainment body and mind. The physical and mental health, one cannot be lacked.
