With age, middle-aged womenappear complex changes in the endocrine system, cardiovascular system, skeletalsystem, nervous system and metabolism, vulnerable to attack chronic diseases,coupled with long-term trivial chores and busy work the deal, not only sociallynarrow face, and easy to produce psychological symptoms of loneliness, lonelinessand unbalanced. Dance sport belonging systemic moderate-intensity aerobic exercise,its melodies and dance showcase of female beauty, with improved body shape, bodyfunction and regulation of the psychological state of the function, subsequently canimprove or alleviate menopause brings depression, love lost his temper and paranoiaand other symptoms, is a suitable middle-aged women to participate in recreationalfitness programs.This study has participated in rehearsals for middle-aged women workout year(50) to attend rehearsals were carried out before and after attending rehearsalsworkout exercise questionnaire respective physical and mental health, and theinvestigation resulting in weight, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI),resting heart rate, blood pressure (systolic, diastolic), vital capacity, fasting plasmaglucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and other physiological andbiochemical data, and some psychological indicators index data conducted a statisticalanalysis, and find the line dance movement greater impact indicators for physical andmental health of middle-aged women.The results are as follows:⑴attend rehearsals a year later,50middle-agedwomen ’s weight, BMI values decreased hip Bibi attend rehearsals before there was asignificant difference (P <0.01). This shows that insist on participating in rehearsalsexercise can improve body shape middle-aged women, shaping effect is obvious thatrationalization body composition, help to improve the health of middle-aged women.(2) one year after participating in rehearsals,50middle-aged women in systolicblood pressure and resting heart rate decreased significantly, there is a very significantdifference (P <0.01) compared with before attending rehearsals, diastolic bloodpressure showed a significant difference (P <0.05). This shows that insist onparticipating in rehearsals exercise can effectively improve the pumping efficiency ofthe heart of middle-aged women.(3) to participate in Dance Movement A year later,50middle-aged women ’s lung capacity than before attending rehearsals movementincreased significantly, there was a significant difference (P <0.05) compared withbefore attending rehearsals movement. This shows that insist on participating inrehearsals exercise can improve lung capacity of middle-aged women.(4) one yearafter participating in Dance Movement, total cholesterol and triglyceride values of50middle-aged women decreased significantly, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) and before attending rehearsals movement. This shows that insist onparticipating in rehearsals exercise can effectively improve blood lipid composition, lipid metabolism disorder that can be prevented, lipid-lowering effect.(5) a year toattend rehearsals after exercise, fasting blood glucose50middle-aged womendecreased significantly, there was a significant difference (P <0.05) compared withbefore participating in Dance Movement, which shows that exercise can insist onparticipating in rehearsals lower fasting glucose, glucose metabolism disorder that canbe prevented.(6) insist on participating in line dancing exercise, mental activity canbe adjusted, the good feeling that the middle-aged female psychology to improve..
