Academic emotion is an emotional experience, which is students produced during the process of studying in school, And these emotional experience are closely associated with student’s own learning activities and academic achievements. Academic emotion is a hot problem of the education studies. Current studies are more around teen-ager academic emotion, which pay little attention to pupils. This thesis is aimed at middle-high grade pupils by questionnaire, observation and interview to study their academic emotion. The Thesis focusing on probed the condition、 characteristics of primary school students’ academic emotion. Then we should put forward some suggestions of educationThe results show that, first, the overall situation of senior pupils’academic emotion is not optimistic. Pupils have a deeply experience of negative academic emotion. Second, pupils ’Academic emotions have difference obviously.Significant effects have found between middle grade in high grade pupils. And academic emotion have changing in grade5.Significant effects have found in city and rural community pupils. Pupils who study in rural primary schools had more negative emotional experience than these city pupils. Third, middle-high grade pupils’academic emotion promote learning activities. Fourth, the adjusting controls ability of senior pupils’academic emotion is gradually developing. Finally, factors which influence middle-high grade pupils’academic emotion take on diversification.According to the condition and characteristic of academic emotion above, the author put forward suggestion and assumption viewed from the school, parent and student point to hope to provide a practical reference for teaching practice.
