In recent years, China’s education and training market maintained a rapid pace of development, the number of the education and training industry chain enterprises steady growth. However, at this stage, W education and training institutions teacher turnover problem is serious, resulting in a serious shortage of teachers, directly influences the normal teaching work, resulting in the loss of students, bring great difficulty to the enterprise operation and development. Therefore, the study of W education and training institutions teacher turnover issues is of great practical significance for increasing corporate competitiveness, enhancing company strengths, and pushing the sustainable development of corporate.This paper combined with the actual situation of W education and training institutions, analyzes the status quo and the existing reasons of W education and training institutions teacher turnover, and it proposes to improve the strategy of the loss of W education teacher training institution.
