| In recent years,with the global economic integration and continuous improvement of living standards,people’s concept of education consumption is changing,English training as a sunshine industry is developing rapidly.And its development is not only a huge market of benefits,there are still many problems involving the essence of education,and in these problems is the most prominent problem is the construction of teaching staff,while training industry in our country at present stage has made some achievements but the situation is still not optimistic,and the teachers troop construction problems become training industry is an urgent need to solve the problem.Based on the relevant theories of employee turnover,this thesis adopts both literature research and empirical analysis to study the current status of BW Company’s teacher turnover problem.From the history of educational institutions to the current situation of development,the composition of teachers and the status quo,characteristics,influence and causes of teacher loss are analyzed.Then the questionnaire survey is designed according to the characteristics of BW institution.The results were analyzed by reliability analysis and significance analysis,the main factors affecting the turnover tendency of teachers are summarized as follows: Teachers’ recognition of corporate culture is not high,institutions pay little attention to teachers’ career planning,and respect for teachers needs to be improved.Using Mobley model to conduct in-depth analysis from external factors,institutional factors and teachers’ factors,and finally find an effective way to solve the turnover problem.In response to the issue of teachers’ turnover,first of all,improving the management of BW Company includes improving the status of teachers,attaching importance to talents,developing career plans for teachers,and providing promotion space.Second,improve the status of teachers to stabilize the team.And teachers must adjust themselves,try to overcome the sense of job burnout caused by duplication of work.What’s more,this thesis provides significant ideas not only provide ideas for BW to further improve teacher management,but also have certain reference value for teacher management in other institutions of the children’s English training industry. |
