In recent years,China's education and training industry has been maintaining an amazing momentum of development.A variety of training institutions emerge and the number has risen rapidly.Although the number is large,the scale is basically small.The market occupation is always the few ones-New Oriental,Learning and Thinking and so on.However,in this situation,P group appeared in the education and training market in a "special" way.It went public quickly in four years,and became the third largest comprehensive extracurricular service organization in China,known as a "miracle" company in the education sector.However,over the past years,P group has started to have employees leave on and off.A lot of work in the organization has been hindered,and the group's expansion has been slow.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of P group to find out the reasons why employees of P group choose to leave the organization and put forward corresponding solutions to improve their current situation.Based on the actual situation of P group's extracurricular tutoring business department of P's training institution in Kunming district(referred to as PK12),this paper understood the current situation of staff turnover of PK12 through questionnaires,found out the root cause,and then came up with the corresponding countermeasures.First,through literature search,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of employee turnover.Second,in combination with the actual situation of PK12,the paper introduces the management status of PK12,the status of staff turnover and the impact of staff turnover.Thirdly,this paper discusses the phenomenon of employee turnover from three factors including employees,society and enterprises,and analyzes the root causes.Fourthly,in view of the above reasons,the paper puts forward solutions from five aspects: optimizing salary and welfare,unifying enterprise culture,establishing scientific recruitment system,reasonable promotion system and perfecting systematic training.Therefore,in the future,when faced with the urgent problem of how to control the staff turnover rate,the study on PK12 staff turnover problem will be used as a reference to help the whole P group and even other educational institutions in the industry to solve the problem.
