With the development of our society,parents pay much more attention to the education of their children,which promote the development of K12 education training market.Although in the market,there are several leading enterprises,such as Neworiental Corporation,TAL Education Group,Xueda Corporation,Longwen Education Corporation,etc.,which can be seen in all major cities,the total share of them is less than five percent.Throughout the country,the extra-curricular training industry dispersed.The main reason is that many teachers in institutions choose to quit their jobs and start their own extra-curricular tutoring organizations or join other organizations.In the field of extra-curricular training industry,the teacher's resignment is a headache for the headmaster but frequently happened.Compared to other industries,the teachers' resign from the organization let the companies bear more losses,for example,the cost of educating the former teachers is in vain,the new teachers can not adapt quickly,the teacher's accumulated reputation may take away students.And in order to retain the students,the training institutions need to spend huge costs and etc.Q Education Company is an English training institution,established in 2010 in Kunming.Due to the rapid expansion and backward management,all sorts of problems ensued.Among them,the teacher's turnover rate is particularly prominent.In 2017,the rate has risen to 24.1%.In order to find the main reasons why teachers quit their jobs and improve the management of turnover.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey based on price-mueller(2000)model and the actual situation of Q education company.In addition,according to the questionnaire,the reasons for the resignation of teachers in the company are analyzed.The main reasons are divided into personal internal reasons and personal external reasons.Personal internal reasons are: lack of interest in education and lack of ability.Personal external reasons are: teachers do not have a strong sense of belonging,work pressure,inadequate salary and welfare,narrow and opaque career development channels.According to the analysis of the reasons of teacher's dimission,the corresponding measures to solve this problem are worked out.These measures are as follows: 1.Establish accurate recruitment process;2.Strengthen teachers' sense of belonging;3.Optimize the working mechanism;4.Build a reasonable assessment and compensation system;5.Improve teachers' career management;6.Conduct exit interviews.This paper not only provides a targeted solution for the dimission management of teachers in Q education company,but also provides a reference for similar education companies in stabilizing the faculty.In addition,it is of certain theoretical significance for improving the human resource management theory of education companies.
