Communication is not only the foundation of human behavior is the essence,foundation and all the management activities and management behavior.The school asone of the important social organization, the school management also cannot dowithout communication, communication plays an important role in the managementprocess, in essence, all the management problem in the final analysis is thecommunication problems of school. In the deepening of reform in the field ofeducation in China, accelerate the education background of management system andgovernance capability of modernization, how to achieve effective communicationbetween headmaster and teacher management in middle school education will be animportant topic in academic circles and secondary school administrators, teachersface together. Effective communication between headmaster and teacher managementin middle school education, with dialogue management theory, managementcommunication theory, social exchange theory, hierarchy of needs theory as thetheoretical basis, to enhance the management level, to resolve conflicts, teamcohesion force and foster good school spirit, has important significance.Research by selecting a sample of some secondary schools in Hunan Province,around the middle school principals and teachers in educational management tocommunicate knowledge, comprehension, communication and location,communication and content issues exist to carry out the survey and other factors, thefindings indicate that the current president communicate with teachers generally good,but there needs to be improved, resulting in inefficient communication. Combinedwith the actual analysis, the current middle school principals and teachers ineducational management communication major presence in the lack of communicationskills, a single channel of communication, poor communication and feedback, lack ofcommunication and trust issues, these problems are caused by differences ininstitutional conflicts of identity, communication, awareness is weak, the body avariety of factors combined effect of differences in the quality of the results.In the management of secondary school education, realize the effectivecommunication between the principals and teachers, can the specific strategies withdifferent dimensions based on different subjects. From the principal dimensions ofview, effective communication must establish the correct concept of communication, to improve communication skills and art, and the construction of trust relationship ofteachers, improve the principal own quality; teachers from the dimension in terms ofcareer, must set up the correct values, continuously improve their communicationskills, and actively strive for equal voice and attach importance to the building of theinformal organization relationship; considered from the school managementdimensions, must from improvement to facilitate communication of organizationalculture, improve school management mode, establish communication mechanismperfect, constructing the principal and teachers’ communication community "and otheraspects.
