With the development of the world competitive sports, school sportsdevelopment provides a new choice for athletics sports reserve personnel training, andinjected new blood. As an important link of “Campus Basketball League4” plan,China’s high school league undertake the double tasks to improve the health of youngpeople and the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents.This article utilizes the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire,observation, logical analysis and mathematical analysis method, carries on theinvestigation to the situation of the construction of Chinese high school basketballleague team, on the format of the competition, team status, players, coaches and theoperation status of the League status analysis, provides the reference for the Chinesehigh school basketball league team construction. Conclusions of the study are asfollows:Firstly, Chinese high school basketball league has a certain scale of development,but in the experience, lack of organization and management system constructiondeficiencies, the League operation still needs to be strengthened.Secondly, players to enter the ideal university as the main training motivation,but cannot arrange training and learning time. The athletes’ physical quality andtechnical level needs to be improved.Thirdly, coaches team construction is too simple, the way of selecting andcultivating way is too single, ignoring the application of scientific and technologicalachievements in training and competition. Finally, the team construction of Chinese High School League encounters twoproblems: the policy of the external environment shackles, competition system is notreasonable; internal management level is not high, lack the strength of athletes.It is suggested that high schools should promote a comprehensiveimplementation of “Campus Basketball League4”, build a target system of teamconstruction for high school basketball league in China, and finally guide andpromote the basketball team construction from four aspects of guiding thoughts,principles, measures and guarantees.
