Research On The Culture And Education Status Of Amateur Sports Schools Athletes Of Baoding City In Hebei Province

From ancient times, in an effort to explore the country’s people and the communityand the strong support of China’s sports undertakings has been among the highest in theworld. At the same time, we also face a lot of problems to be solved: First, in recent years,athletes were forced to retire injured tortured, various objective reasons employmentdifficulties after retirement, leading to more and more people are not optimistic about thefuture of competitive sports; second, with the upgrading of technology, scientific level ofcontinuous improvement of sports training, ability and comprehensive knowledge of ahigher level of athletes test. Only efforts to improve the knowledge level and overallquality of athletes, athletes lift the worries, the ability to enhance scientific training, inorder to ensure that our Sports Everlasting.Located in the heart of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding, once known as the "City ofChampions" for China’s sports undertakings nurtured many outstanding athletes. In thispaper, cultural and educational status of Baoding Amateur Sports School athletes as themain object of study, aimed at the current situation of education in Baoding athletesunderstand, to express their views for the problems and put forward opinions andsuggestions.In this paper, the use of literature, interviews, field surveys, observation,questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, amateur sports schoolin Baoding investigation and research. From athletes, coaches, cultural studies, culturaleducation teacher’s perspective on the situation in Baoding Amateur Sports Schoolathletes to explore and discuss. In this paper, the author of the findings are:1National cultural education of athletes have a high degree of attention, relativelyspeaking, Baoding Sports Bureau and the Amateur Sports School and other relatedpersonnel on Athletes’ lack of awareness class. Culture-based players is poor, for theirown lack of knowledge, positioning is not accurate enough.2In terms of coaches, the Baoding City Amateur Sports School Coaches of athletesin class learning supervision is not enough; the generally low educational qualificationsand titles coaches; the coaches academic structure is relatively simple, need to increaseefforts at the national selection; coaches can participate in training is not much above theprovincial level, needs to be strengthened and improved.3From the cultural lesson teachers, the culture of Baoding Teachers amateur sportsschools are college-level or higher, but a large percentage of female teachers; relativelyfew cultural Teachers teaching time per week; did not participate in any there are manytrained teachers; teachers’ scientific research culture needs to be further improved. 4From management education, the Baoding City Amateur Sports School of leadersand managers of cultural lesson learning athlete is not very seriously, did not take theappropriate policies to improve the current situation; curriculum unreasonable; lack ofcultural education funding, cultural and educational hardware and software facilities cannot reach the desired level.
