A Research On Current Situation And Development Scheme Construction Of Amateur Badminton Club In Baoding City

The human beings are constantly seeking for a way of life for leisure and entertainment.With the development of the society,people’s life quality has been greatly changed and improved.The leisure time has a significant increase and people’s views of sports consumption are also improved.More and more people are pursuing the goals of having a healthy body and life styles.Baoding is a cultural ancient city with a long history and has excellent achievements in many sports and world champions.Under such a great sports environment,all kinds of sports in Baoding city are developed.While,as a popular sport,badminton is deeply loved by the majority of the fitness enthusiasts and has become one of the important contents of the public in Baoding.The amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city are the major activity sites for badminton-lovers.Taking Baoding city amateur badminton clubs as the research object,this research reveals the current management status and main problems in operation of the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city by investigating and analyzing the basic situation of the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city and the fundamental status of managers,consumers and coaches.The author constructs optimization methods according to the problems above,aiming at better meeting the needs of badminton fitness enthusiasts,promoting the development of badminton fitness market in Baoding and providing references for healthy and sustainable development of the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city and the implementation of the national fitness program in Baoding.This study investigates and analyzes the basic situation of the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city and the fundamental status of managers,consumers and coaches by the methods of literature,questionnaires,Delphi method and data statistics.And the results are as follows:(1)The distribution of the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city is uneven and the establishment time is relatively short.The managers in the club are mainly young and are middle-aged men with higher education but lack of management experience,and the number of the membership is not high.(2)At present,the quality of the field in the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding can be carried out in normal badminton activities.However,the number of venues is obviously insufficient,and the clubs lack of relevant supporting services.The relatively single mode of operation and less organization of the competition each year can not meet the needs of the consumer and there is less communications between the the clubs and consumers.(3)The number of coaches in Baoding amateur badminton clubs is small,and the coaches’ teaching experience is not enough.The level of the coaches’ own quality and ability need to be improved,and the purposes of the coaches to the trainees are not strong.(4)The consumers mainly are highly educated young men who have steady works and incomes,having a certain regularity in taking part in badminton sport and continuing for a certain number of years in the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding city.Consumers prefer the clubs that are reasonably-priced,well-built,and environmentally-comfortable so that they can strengthen their body function and improve the way of life.Consumers’ sports consumption consciousness is generally not strong.Most of the consumers want to improve their badminton level under the guidance of excellent coaches,and hope to compete in fierce badminton competitions now and then.(5)There are so many aspects of disadvantages in current Baoding amateur badminton clubs: lack of sites construction;the quality of service needs to be improved;the ways of advertising need to be strengthened;single operation mode;low comprehensive quality of coaches and managers;the number of organized games is less and the government and the related departments are not very concerned about it.In view of the problems arising from the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding,the optimization scheme of the amateur badminton clubs in Baoding was constructed by the Delphi method:Guided by the spirit of the party in the 19 th CPC National Congress and the national fitness regulations,the government department manages the amateur badminton clubs in a macro way,constitutes development plan,work plan and various management systems and policies of the amateur badminton clubs,and invests special funds for the promotion and management of the amateur badminton clubs.The business administration department should formulate administrative regulations and policies on the amateur badminton clubs andmaintain the market equity.The amateur badminton clubs should thoroughly implement the policies made by the government and the business administration department,meanwhile establishing the incentive and restraint mechanism of the staff of the club and enhancing the professional competitiveness of the staff.In the aspect of the implementation strategy,it is primary to improve the service implementation in the clubs and the comprehensive professional proficiency of the relevant managers,coaches,and referees.It is also primary to put the emphasis on enriching the ways of spreading the amateur badminton clubs.Taking the government’s perfecting management systems of amateur badminton clubs as the safeguards,to build the performance of reviewing,supervising and evaluating the amateur badminton clubs in order to find out the questions and revise in time,promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the amateur badminton club in Baoding.
