Along with constant deepening of the new curriculum reform, the traditional education teaching idea and teaching design can gradually not meet the requirement of students’ comprehensive development in the new period, the high school mathematics new curriculum reform has a great role in promoting the student’s quality education in the new period. Author has work in high school for mathematics first-line teaching for three years, has profound understanding to the necessity and importance of the new curriculum reform. However,in the process of communicating between teachers and students, author knows that applications of the new curriculum reform in the mathematics classroom teaching is not optimistic, there exists a lot of problems. So combining author’s teaching, research on the classroom teaching design of high school mathematics in the new curriculum reform has an important actual sense. On the construction of the classroom teaching design in this study is based on "136" high efficiency class model of the Huaiyang Middle School in Henan Province.Firstly, this paper summarizes literatures at home and abroad, combining with practice of Huaiyang Middle School, analyzes the current situation of high school mathematics classroom teaching and the existing problems by investigating and visiting, gets the significance and importance of the design of classroom teaching. Secondly, this paper analyzes respectively from formulation of mathematics teaching goal, introduction teaching design, design of guiding case, teaching strategy design, organization of teaching content, choice of teaching methods, writing of teaching design case,etc; combining with the specific investigation of classroom, studies effectiveness of teaching design under the background of new curriculum. Finally, combining author’s experience in teaching, this paper gives some valuable teaching design case, and uses this research in actual classroom practice, constantly corrects. It is believed that this research can have the effect on mass of education workers, and expect more people to participate in.
