The goal of classroom teaching is a bridge between the ideal of education and practical teaching, and it is the important basis for teaching activities. In the context of the new curriculum reform, the author will use the literature study, interview survey, data analysis and other methods, to explore the "why" and "how to" design mathematics classroom teaching objectives based on the curriculum standards.The theoretical study shows that, if we want to design the reasonable, scientific goal of classroom teaching,we must grasp some basic elements, which include the teaching goal functions, design principles, design orientation, organization framework, the statement of the classroom teaching goals etc. But the actual survey shows that, although the majority of teachers have recognized the guiding role of classroom objectives for the teaching, but they don’t put into research and thinking on the corresponding. Their attention of the goal of classroom only stay on the formal level. In determining the goal of classroom teaching, some teachers copy the teaching goals from books or content standards directly, and some teachers use the "three-dimensional target" format mechanically, or just take their attention to knowledge and skill objectives on one-sided. Therefore, the mathematics classroom teaching target become confusion in level, not clear, not specific, and not comprehensive,which make the directional function of classroom teaching becomes weak. The causes of these problems are mainly includes three aspects:firstly, the teachers do not pay enough attention to the classroom teaching objectives; secondly, teachers can not adapt to the new mathematics curriculum reform; thirdly, the system construction lag behind.Based on theoretical research and practical investigation, and referenced the existing research results, the author discusses how to design mathematics classroom teaching objectives base on the curriculum standard. Designing of mathematics teaching objectives of classroom based on the curriculum standards,is based on grasping the curriculum standard idea, combined with teaching, learning situation, through the deconstruction and reconstruction of mathematics curriculum standard,so as to realize the transformation from the mathematics curriculum standards in mathematics classroom teaching objectives.The specific contents are as follows:firstly, grasp the design philosophy of the mathematics curriculum standards, and understand it’s basic requirements for compulsory students of learning mathematics;secondly, make clear of the conversion from the curriculum standards to goal of classroom teaching, and make clear of the transition of the unit; thirdly, deconstruct the content standards, and analysis of the specific requirements of curriculum standards for students; furthermore, analysis of teaching materials and students, and complete the basic work of the design of teaching goal teaching, in order to reconstruct of mathematics curriculum standard; lastly,write the goal of classroom teaching, and use the reasonable statements expressed a clear, specific, actionable goal.These design procedures are linked together,and they are complement for each other,which determine the scientific nature and rationality of the classroom teaching goals together.Compared to the syllabus, Curriculum standard gives teachers more space to play their own,but also put forward higher requirements to teachers’ professional ability. Therefore, the design of classroom teaching objectives based on curriculum standards, consistency requires teachers to think about goals and curriculum standards of classroom teaching as experts.
