The second chaptermainly introduces the encouragement and support policy implementation in thevillage of Y, the purpose is through compared with the provisions of the state todiscover this policy appeared in the primary problems in the implementation process.The third chapter introduces the main achievements of the reward and assistancepolicy made in the village of Y, mainly for family planning work carried outsmoothly, have certain effect on the change of residents of Y village of fertilityconcept, also provide some financial support to family planning family support. Thefourth chapter introduces is Y village met in process of implementation of this policy,mainly the publicity is not in place, the masses know far enough; the reward standardis low, affected its guiding function; to supervise the work did not do a good job, theconsciousness of supervision needs to be strengthened.
