Study On The Employment Security System Of College Students With The Social Exclusion Theory

In recent years,employment of university students has been a concerned topic tothe whole society,China has now formed a students’ employment securitysystem,which is play a role to solve the employment problem of college students.However,due to there are many social exclusions in the entire labor force market,andthe current university student employment security system is inadequate,all of thesemaking the employment of college students have a big obstacle.In this paper,combining the social exclusion that students encountered in theprocess of employment with the Students Graduate Employment Security System,andproposing measures to solve the problem of employment of universitystudents.Students suffered four parts social exclusion in the process ofemployment,including political,cultural,economic and social relations.Forexample,lacking of participation of the target group in policy-making,the traditional“official position”and“moderate”concept of employment,the labor market filled withcollege degree threshold,practical experience,individual Characteristics as socialexclusion,and social relations exclusion.In subsequent chapters,analyzing the role andinsufficient of the government,universities and social intermediary.Governmentlevel,giving related presentations mainly from the policies of the expansion ofemployment and the promotion of employment demand service;Universitylevel,introducing the theoretical basis of university employment guidance, mainlycontent and guidance methods, career guidance and other aspects of teambuilding;Social intermediary level,introducing the plight of employment agenciesunder the government-led and under the current labor market situation.Finally,based on the forgoing analysis,putting forward relevant proposals toimprove the Employment Security System of College Students,and weakening theimpact of social exclusion in the process of employment.Government introducing themechanism that students can participate,breaking barriers and household of policyconditions,strengthening the building between the college career guidance institutionand the construction of employment guidance for college students,regulating theemployment conditions in the labor market and continue to promote the developmentof”anti-employment discrimination law”and establish labor market information platform,and improving the oversight function of government,strengthening the socialservice agency system.Multi-agent including government,universities and social intermediaryimproving the the Employment Security System of College Students,weakening thesocial exclusion in the process of employment, not only related to their ownprofessional development of college students,but also to the development ofuniversities and the harmony and stability of the whole society,that has importantpractical significance.
