Along with the reform of higher education in China, colleges and universities nolonger just pursuit the quantity of students, but focus more on the quality of personneltraining. Higher education carries the future of the state, society, families andindividuals,the issue that how we can make the future more brighter is the teachershould positively think and explore in the process of education.Thought is theforerunner of action, in order to achieve the goal of higher education, to cultivatemore and more excellent talents,achieve better responsibility of teaching, college anduniversity teachers must have a clear understanding on what kind of person they wantto cultivate and how to train them,they must insist on the right education concept.Only in this way, can we improve the quality of higher education in China and exertthe advantage of the human resource.So the right education concept whether it is forpersonnel training or development of higher education are very important. however,in academics there has little research of education concept of teachers in colleges anduniversities, in order to make more and more scholars pay attention to the educationconcept and research it,make more and more teachers reflection on their educationconcept and further optimize them. Starting from the research target, the authorresearch the paper from the following five parts:The first part, it simply explains the background and significance of the selectedtopic, the research status at home and abroad, research methods, the innovation pointsand deficiencies,the definition and features of education concept of teachers incolleges and universities.The second part, it discusses the basis of the education concept of teachers incolleges and universities from two aspects of theory and reality.The third part, it discusses the correct education concept of college anduniversity teachers and deviations it exists. It has a rational view of education conceptof teachers and lays the foundation to analyze the reason and find out the correct wayof setting up the correct education concept.The fourth part, it analyzes reasons of deviation it exists in education concept of college and university teachers from four aspects of society, colleges and universities,students and teachers.The fifth part, on the basis of the fourth part,it has targeted thinking of pathwaysto exploring the correct education concept of teachers in colleges anduniversities.From four aspects to achieve it: create a good atmosphere for educationfrom the society, establish and consummate the management mechanism, studentsconsciously accept the right education concept from the teachers,and improveteachers own ability.
