Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Shared Development Concept

As an important part of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,shared development is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and plays a guiding role in the development of economy and society.College students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.As the cradle of talents,it is not only the objective requirement of colleges and universities to provide backup force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also the internal requirement to promote the all-round development of all college students.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part mainly defines the concepts of sharing and sharing development concept,analyzes the main content and background of the cultivation of university students' shared development concept.This paper expounds the basic characteristics of the cultivation of the concept of university students' shared development.The second part summarizes the achievements in the cultivation of the concept of university students' shared development in the realistic dimension,and analyzes the deviation of the concept of cultivation in the cultivation of the concept of university students' shared development,and the cultivation environment needs to be optimized.The cultivation method needs to be improved urgently,and the cultivation mechanism needs to be improved.The third part is about the practice dimension.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the cultivation of college students' shared development idoq from four aspects:renewing the cultivation idea,optimizing the cultivation environment,improving the cultivation method and strengthening the cultivation guarantee.The purpose of this paper is to adopt scientific,feasible and effective training measures to improve college students'cognition of the concept of shared development,to promote the cultivation of college students' sharing consciousness,and to promote the all-round development of all college students.Cultivate m,oral,intellectual,physical,American,labor and all-round development of socialist builders and successors.
