Digital China Training Center, as a relatively large training institution in the training industry, faced the bottleneck of how to successfully complete each training project implementation and get customer’s approval for further development, which was a result of continuous growth and increased competition. This paper tries to apply the theories and methods of project management in a new area of the implementation of the training project management, in order to promote Digital China Training Center for further improvement.This paper mainly carries on the elaboration of risk management and reviews both of risk management and project management analysis. The core idea of risk management training programs is discussed.First of all, this paper analyzes feasibility study of the application of project management in training service implementation. On the basis of summarizing the basic theory of project management, it evaluates the practicability of theories and methods applied in the training service implementation management, from aspects such as the implementation of project management training resources, training and implementation process and so on.Secondly, it analyzes the research of training service project risk management. On the basis of the scope of training service management, focused on the detailed discussion and researches of risk management. During the risk management process, identifies and evaluates the risk of training program, and proposes the corresponding risk aversion and the countermeasures. Finally, the application analysis of training project risk management would be carried out based on the practice of Digital China Project A.
