Research On Risk Management Of GS College Logistics Training Center Construction Project

Project risk management is an important link in project management.To do a good job of project risk management,that is,to identify,evaluate and control the risks that may occur in the process of project through scientific methods and technical means,is one of the key factors of project success.This paper focuses on the risk management of the logistics training center construction project in GS College.GS College is carrying out the construction of logistics training center.Because of the heavy task,time and urgency of the training center construction project,and the lack of project demonstration experience,it is easy to cause unknown risk factors in the process of project construction.These risks will affect the various links of the training center construction project,and then affect the relevant professional and even the rapid development of the college.This paper has consulted a large number of relevant literature on the theory and method of project risk management,studied the research situation at home and abroad,abstracted and compared these literature,sorted out the methods of risk management,and analyzed the current research literature on the construction of logistics training room and training center in Colleges and universities in China..On the basis of predecessors' research results,combined with the example of GS College Logistics Training Center construction project,the risk management method is effectively applied to the research of training center construction project.After fully studying the background of GS College Logistics Training Center construction project,through the use of literature research method,field research method and expert method,the risk characteristics of the project were analyzed,the main risks faced by the project were identified,and on the basis of the results of risk identification,expert analysis method and other risk assessment methods were used.The identified risks are evaluated and quantified,and then classified and ranked according to their importance.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the characteristics of these risks.This article is divided into six chapters altogether,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and research content that this article intends to adopt;the second chapter is the project risk management theory foundation,introduces the project and the project life cycle basic theory,the risk and the risk management connotation,the risk The third chapter is the project risk identification,which introduces the general situation of GS College,the process and results of the project risk identification;the fourth chapter is the project risk assessment,which mainly introduces the methods and conclusions of the project risk assessment;the fifth chapter is the project risk control,aiming at the financial risk,contract risk,duration of the project.Risk,design risk and natural risk,put forward control measures;Chapter 6 is the conclusion,summarize the full text and put forward prospects.The purpose of this paper is to formulate scientific risk prevention measures in time through the study on the risks of the construction project of the logistics training center of GS College.The purpose is to minimize the possible risks,and then to minimize the losses caused by the risks,so as to start the smooth implementation of the construction project of the logistics training center of GS College.
