A Study On Training System Of Entrepreneurial Talents In Universities

The economic crisis in2008became a power to promote the development of entrepreneurial economy when it hit the global economy seriously. The demand of the society for entrepreneurial talents enlarged and the aim to develop entrepreneurial talents in universities became a must. Entrepreneurial universities provides many advantages for the developing of entrepreneurial talents due to their strong entrepreneurial atmosphere, rich entrepreneurial courses, excellent entrepreneurial teachers and various entrepreneurial practicing programs. Through developing entrepreneurial talents, entrepreneurial universities not only meet the demand of the society for applied talents, but also help to promote the development of economy in both the nation and the local areas. Besides, this also plays an important role for the entrepreneurial universities to develop much more specifically and characteristically. By investigating and analyzing the foreign entrepreneurial universities at different levels, this thesis exposes three successfully and excellently established university training system of entrepreneurial talents. And also through literature retrieval and analyzing, this thesis further strengthens and perfects the training system of entrepreneurial talents in our nation from the three aspects of the developing aim of the entrepreneurial talents, the phases devising of developing the entrepreneurial talents and the influencing factors of developing the entrepreneurial talents.
