Study On Student’s Administration Innovative Model In Vocational College

Vocational college shoulder the responsibility for cultivating practical technical labors in our economic development, but it is restricted by the historical factors and framework in our country system. Meanwhile, due to constraints of the manners and principles in the college admission, the quality of students is during low to moderate level, which gives much burden in cultivating students. On the other hand, in the micro perspective, the students’ management system remains to be restricted by the rigid management, which can not be adapted to the requirement of the new situation. On the educational perspective, thanks to the lack of enough practical courses fulfillment, the students’ progress becomes much slower.Basing on the reasonable treatment of vocational college historical development, this thesis try to make analysis on its students administration work so as to identify the problems existed in the working procedures. Meanwhile, try to analyze the result of present promoting strategies and methods. On the other hand, with reference to the advanced concepts and developing experience of vocational college abroad, aiming at solving the problems and challenges existed in the students’ administration of the new trend, try to promote theoretical analysis. On such foundation, we try to build a systematical students administrative mode so as to solve present problems and difficulties, promoting the administrative level of vocational colleges. Concerning about the mode construction, we pay attention to the following five aspects transformation:students administrative concepts, the basic construction of students administrative unit, enterprise operated mode, democratization method innovation and dynamic mode of students administration. Afterwards, we try to make applicability assessment of such a systematical mode from subjective and objective perspective, so as to confirm the range of its utilization.The theme of this thesis tries to improve the students’ management condition in the micro perspective under the trend of marketing reform in the vocational college. The author tries to solve the embarrassment situation that we face at present.
