The Project Management Of Boutique College-Enterprise Cooperation In Sichuan Business Vocational College

School-enterprise cooperation is a integrated resources form of cooperation that vocational schools and enterprises based on seeking mutual development and interest, it is a personnel training mode with the aim of cultivate technology applied talents and high skilled professionals, give a full play to the vocational schools and enterprises’ different advantages and effects during the personnel training, promote the practical ability, innovative and enterprise ability of the undergraduates, cultivate the students as a high-quality professionals which have the competitive ability and can adapting the development of the society, this is the route must be go through for the key work of improving the education in vocational schools.Beida jade-bird as pioneer of the IT professional education and industry leaders, in university-enterprise cooperation for many years of exploration and attempt, replacement, in summary course work-integrated learning, corporate training, and other cooperation on the basis of experience, depth of college and enterprise cooperation, comprehensively deepen to carry out the professional building, has made some achievements and experience, but in the project management practice, there exist many problems, must make a reform and innovation of administration.The fundamental goal of the project management is under the certain condition of limited resources, the reasonable design and scientific use of tools and methods, finally realizes the project orderly planning and management of the related work.We introduce the project management system to the university-enterprise cooperation on college management, by analyzing the existing problems on university-enterprise cooperation faced by Sichuan business vocational college. We study the problems existed in project process and project planning, find the optimized solution, and test it on our "beidajadebird" project in Sichuan Business Vocational College.This research will be divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction. In this part, we discusses the background and the significance of the topic selected, and the research ideas and methods. The second part is the theoretical review and analysis, in the related literature research institute involved in the project management theory based on the review, we try to find the theoretical support for the construction of the project management system on the bases of reviewing all the management theory related. The third part is to help Sichuan Business Vocational College find out all disadvantage and problem existing in college management. The fourth part is finding the solution to the difficulty which Sichuan Business Vocational College meets on school-enterprise cooperation management. We practice it on their "beidajadebird" project. The fifth part is the conclusion, through the above analysis we put forward the research conclusion and made the expectation of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational college.
