The study on student management of vocational school is one of the current hot research.Through research,there are three typical modes of student management in vocational schools: militarization management,self-management and enterprise management.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have different views,so they have research and discussion on the three management modes.Through the investigation and study on Baotou J School(paramilitary management),Chengdu Z School(self-management)and Guangxi S School(enterprise management),the author found some significant differences among students' study and development in different modes.Through the analysis and comparison,the author summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each mode to make recommendations for the improvement of the mode.The author uses the literature method,the investigation method and the case study method to carry on the research.First of all,the author query the Chinese and foreign literature to understand the current study situation by experts and scholars.Then she carried out field trips to investigate the status of the management of the students in the three schools through questionnaires and interviews.The author follow the principle of diminishing information editing and interview ten students,six class teachers and a co-ordinator of the management of the leadership of each school by using the largest difference in the sampling.And she use self-compiled "secondary vocational school student management situation questionnaire",extracting 100 people in all grades,a total of 900 people by using convenience sampling.Among them,the recovery rate of Chengdu Z School,Baotou J School,Guangxi S School were 95.3%,98%,92.7%.The author divides the article into five parts: the first part is the introduction,including the definition of the main concept,the background of the topic,the research summary,the research goal,the research method and the research significance;the second part is the theoretical basis of the research,including education incentive theory,XY theory,humanism theory,contract theory and development stage theory;the third part,the author will introduce three representative student management modes;in the fourth part,she will analyze the effect of student management in three schools respectively,and analyze the status of students' abilities in all aspects;in thefifth part,she will summarize the countermeasures to improve the existing student management modes.
