Study tour as a human social practice, has a long history and plays important role in various countries and the world tourist history. In modern times study tour as a new form of tourism, is of great significance for the character building in primary and middle school students. Compared with the foreign mature study tour market, domestic market is far behind progress.And because of the uniqueness of Chinese culture, the domestic tourism market has different characteristics.In our research, students and their parents, the travel agencies are investigated to acquire carrying progress of study tour in different primary and secondary schools, based on questionnaires and interviews, And based on the characteristics concluded,we propose to the development of tourism market of Hefei using the innovation diffusion theory, the creative industry theory and consumer psychology theory as instruction. From three aspects of tourism mode, tourism product and tourism marketing to innovate and provide a new train of thought for healthy and sustainable development of study tour in Hefei.
