| Today,the era of experience economy and service economy has come.The driving effect of product quality,service quality and price on customer value has gradually weakened,and the driving effect of experience is gradually increasing.Experience value has become the core component of customer value.Only by providing customers with all-round,valuable and deep experience can enterprises and other business operators truly meet customers’ needs and promote the development of enterprises.The study tour is a combination of learning and travel,which integrates learning functions and tourism functions.To a certain extent,it makes up for the lack of practicality in school learning,and increases students ’cultural heritage,broadens their horizons,and expands their knowledge in the tourism process.It is a new teaching mode to train high-quality talents.At present,there are problems such as unclear product positioning,insufficient publicity,and "travel" rather than "learning" in tourism tourism in Ulanchabu,which makes it difficult to realize the benefits of large-scale tourism industry.The lack of law and policy,the irresponsibility of enterprises,and the failure of schools to fully perform their functions are important reasons.However,the more important factor is that enterprises and other organizations can not understand the real needs of middle school students and parents in a timely manner.Therefore,It is oftheoretical and practical significance to explore the value of middle school students ’study experience in Ulanchabu.This study draws on the research results of customer experience value at home and abroad,analyzes the connotation and definition of experience value,constructs the value dimension model of study experience,and selects middle school students in ulanchabu as the research object for empirical research.According to the characteristics of the separation of visitors and experiencers,parents and middle school students who have participated in the study tour were sent out questionnaires to conduct statistical analysis and the results of the two questionnaires were compared.The conclusion is drawn: There are differences between middle school students and parents in Ulanqab in the importance recognition of the dimensions of experience value,but they all believe that knowledge value is the most important of the value of study experience,which is consistent with family expectations and the community’s understanding of study.That is,the educational function of study tours.At the same time,the design of tourism products should also pay attention to the embodiment of social values and emotional values,promote social positive energy,and continuously enrich the connotation of tourism.In addition,such as safety factors,family income factors,the organization of study tours,travel methods,etc.affect the perception of middle school students and parents on the value of study tours.According to the above conclusion,this study puts forward some suggestions to enhance the value of study experience inulanchabu city from the government level,enterprise level and parent level,and expounds the lack of research and research prospect. |
