In recent years,vocational education,with the government's supports,has made brilliant achievements in cultivating qualified skilled talents and becomes one of the important human resources for the state and society's healthy and sustainable development.In spite of the joint efforts of the country,schools and others,teachers' construction of vocational education has gained a series of achievements,especially in the "double type" teachers' team construction,and has explored some vocational education teacher training mode.But overall,there are still many problems,especially in cultivating specialized teachers in secondary vocational education.Good education is closely related with excellent teachers.For its high requirements to the practice operation skills,building a high quality of specialized teachers becomes more important for vocational education.Therefore,in order to improve the level of secondary vocational teachers,optimize the structure of teachers,improve the teaching quality,improve the level of secondary vocational graduates and give a reference for professional teachers' construction in secondary vocational education,it is necessary to improve secondary vocational course teachers training mode further and pay attention to the cultivation of specialized course teachers' "double qualities".Based on an investigation of the current situation of the secondary professional teachers' construction and the related education report data,the study thinks that there are mainly two problems in specialized professional teachers' construction,namely scale and quality problems,which are mainly reflected in high student-teacher ratio,the shortage of part-time teachers,professional core teachers and academic leaders,unreasonable structure in knowledge and title of specialized course teachers.Through analyzing the survey data,the study further analyzes the above dilemmas are caused by multiple factors,including social,policy,funding,secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational teachers and pre-service training and other factors.In terms of the secondary vocational teachers' construction,according to the results of the survey,combining the reasons with the teaching mode of theory and practice integration,some suggestions are put forward: First,the government should establish and improve the related legal policies in order to create a good policy environment for secondary specialized course teachers' construction;Second,secondary vocational schools should establish an effective incentive appraisal system,stress the cultivation of young teachers,and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation;Third,secondary specialized teachers' training institutions should have a clear training goal and a reformed education mode;Fourth,secondary professional teacher must do self-regulation to strengthen the consciousness of self development.Possible contribution of this paper is providing some feasible suggestions for the teachers' construction of secondary vocational education.Firstly,the research object is limited to the specialized courses teachers in secondary vocational education,whichmakes the research more specific.Secondly,the combination of field investigation,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,makes the research methods more diverse.Then,this research is based on the perspective of the teaching mode of theory and practice integration,and links it with teachers' construction of secondary vocational education,making the training mode more innovative.Finally,to make the research more reliable,more comprehensive research objects are studied,including the secondary specialized course teachers,students and related personnel.
