Withthis problem, this paper studied the each city in Zhejiang province sports publicservice tangible resources (human, material and financial resources), intangibleresources configuration status, existing problems and finally put forwardcorresponding countermeasures.In this paper, using the method of literature, comparative research andlogical analysis, objective and the true understanding and understanding of thecurrent situation of Zhejiang sports public service resources, Zhejiang sportspublic service current situation of the allocation of resources is mainlymanifested in the following aspects:(1) Number of social sports instructors is low. Relative to the economy isdeveloped in Zhejiang, failed to make full use of good "market" this prerequisite,only rely on government funding is difficult to meet the demand of people’sincreasing physical exercise.(4) Slow ethnic sports promotion. In Zhejiang province is a multiracialprovince, each nation has its own accumulation of national tradition sports, it’sonly by the monotony of sports activities is difficult to arouse the enthusiasm ofthe masses to participate in physical training.To study and put forward countermeasures of optimizing the resourcesdistribution of Zhejiang sports public services:1、Expanding the social sports instructor team from the quality and quantity.Allow more people to scientific fitness.2、 Reasonable arrangement of "public land" and "independent land"facilities configuration, avoid waste.3、To establish multivariate supply subject, adopts the model of governmentprocurement and broaden the financing channels4、Fourth, build mass sports brand activities.
