Research On IT Education To Develope Digital Reading Literacy Of Middle School Student

The object of IT education is to develop information capabilities ofstudents, which is based on information literacy. Information literacyform the necessary and basis ability in information society tosurvive,lifelong learning and sustainable development. With thedevelopment of media,the target of IT education fissile a series of newtraining direction on the basis of information literacy as ‘elementliteracy’,such as:media literacy,computer literacy,internetliteracy,digital literacy, and so on.How to find a new breakthrough in thenew era of IT education has become a hot issue between leaders,scholarsand class room teachers.In the view of the present situation and problems of ITeducation,based on the Constructivist theory of instruction and learningperspective,E-Learning theory,Learning activities frame theory andlearning activities centered instructional design theory,researcherconducted IT instructional design for digital reading literacy,and inaccordance with the methods and ideas of action research,exploring the feasibility and effectiveness in IT education of developing digital readingin middle school students.The full text divided into the following sections:1.Introduction.Using literature analysis to analysis the currentproblems that exist in IT education,and determine the content andsignificant of research methods,and clarify the innovation of study.2.A new point of IT education:digital reading literacy.From thecurrent status of IT education, on the basis of in-depth analysis of ITeducation goals and expansion goals (game literacy,digital literacy and21st century capabilities,digital capabilities,etc.),the researcher pointsout the new point to IT education:digital reading literacy.3.The concept of digital reading literacy construct and contentframework.Based on the reading theory,the research projects andevaluation of reading,researcher build reading literacy concepts andcontent framework.4.IT instructional design for digital reading literacy.
