In2002the ministry of education promulgated the "national ordinary collegesports curriculum teaching instruction summary"(hereinafter referred to as the outline)explicitly pointed out:"to realize the goal of physical education curriculum, weshould make the classroom teaching and extracurricular organic combination,after-school sports activities, school and society closely. To have a purpose, plannedand organized the extracurricular physical exercise, off-campus (social, field)activities, and sports training in physical education curriculum, form the inside andoutside class, organic connection off course structure". Volleyball as a collectiveproject, one of the Olympic loved by the people, and because of its exquisitetechnique and fast and fierce antagonism liked by more and more college students.But due to the influence of the education idea, the volleyball teaching is still thetraditional "sanki type" teaching. How to combine the latest national student physicalhealth standard ", around the "health first" guiding ideology, the integration of bothinside and outside the university public sports volleyball class implements the classteaching research and practice of gradually aroused the concern of the physicaleducation teachers and pay attention to.By the method of documentation, questionnaire investigation, interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods, five universities in jinan publicsports volleyball lesson of the status of the investigation, and the jinan university toimplement class inside and outside the feasibility of the integration are analyzed.Results showed that:(1) The students’ enthusiasm to participate in extracurricular sports is higher, andnearly half of the students have mastered a certain exercise method, to a certain extent,the number of people will spontaneously organize sports activities also account forconsiderable proportion.(2) On the teaching philosophy is based on "health first" as the guiding ideology, but some teachers cultivate students’ lifelong sports concept is not strong. PE teachers’understanding of sports teaching goal showed a trend of diversity. In volleyball classappraisal aspect, there is no to the students’ subjective initiative as well as the processevaluation into the final result, and ignore the individual differences in physicalquality.(3)"Integration" teaching is conducive to make full use of the extracurricularexercise, sports competitions and extracurricular activities to cultivate the students’interest in volleyball, learning initiative, to cultivate the students’ practical ability andcreative spirit. Implementation of physical education in colleges and universities havevery good development space, internal and external integration of teaching andimplementation of the internal and external integration teaching also cater to therequirements of most of the teachers and students with desire.(4) University volleyball association, association as a single organization and inthe promotion of volleyball sports plays an important role. And participate tostrengthen students’ volleyball class, school, or even the school collective sense ofhonor, the incentive to participate in sports competitions, etc have important role.(5) The present public sports volleyball class of the main problems in theimplementation of the internal and external integration teaching are: can’t fully use ofextracurricular sports time; The lack of a scientific and reasonable evaluation method;Sports funds investment is insufficient, teachers’ extracurricular guidance of laborremuneration is not solved; Lack of space equipment, loss increase in school.(6) The advantage of "integration" teaching mainly reflects in: internal andexternal integration "teaching can raise the enthusiasm of participation inextracurricular exercise; can improve the teaching quality and encourage students’participation in extracurricular physical exercise, arouse the enthusiasm of teachers’extracurricular counseling; promote the formation of students’ lifelong sports concept.(7)"Integration" teaching mainly includes the two most of classroom teachingand extracurricular counseling. In-class focuses on sports knowledge, sports skills andmethods of study and master; and the extracurricular physical exercise, improve theability on give priority to. In short, internal and external integration teaching course system of class inside and outside the course of complementary and integration.
