This will inevitably lead to the source of students and education level is multifarious, up to a dozen under rough calculations, from secondary specialized school students' 15, 16, 23 even read the 18 th and 19 th manpower recruitment, students, technicians to more than 20 or even individual pilot was born, and so on, more than 30 adult education, students' composition is complicated, different levels of cultural knowledge, attitudes towards learning and purpose are greatly different, the student's comprehensive quality difference is too big, it is bound to cause confusion, a certain level of teaching difficult to manage.2.
