Athletes in sports training on the process of mobilizing the energy supply system isto sense limiting enzyme activation process, namely limiting enzyme content, the moreactivity, the stronger the higher the energy supply. Biochemistry in the movement, tostudy the characteristics of a metabolic process, often using one or a certain measuringthe rate-limiting enzyme. Therefore, rate-limiting enzyme in the movement of thevariation of the process and its mechanism has a very important significance in the hopethat the practice of training in how to develop glycolysis and aerobic endurance providea scientific basis to explore the IDH, PFK, etc. as a measure of rate-limiting enzymeenergy supply system capacity and energy supply status indicators Athletes’Physicalpotential and practical value, to improve exercise capacity and aerobic anaerobicexercise capacity studies provide useful information. In this study, Shandong Province Sports Bureau Training Center weightlifting, swimming, sprinting, jumping, long-distance running five projects54athletes asexperimental subjects to a large rest period after a new training period for the test cycle, the project’s training program according to their usual proceed. At the beginning ofweek Monday morning fasting blood taken after blood once every Monday morninguntil the end of the seventh week Monday blood of7times. Detected in serum energysupply system limiting enzyme phosphofructokinase (PFK), isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH), get exercise training on different energy supply systems based sports athleteseach activity affect serum limit the data for each of the sets of data for statisticalanalysis, comparison and analysis. Concluded as follows:(1) Anaerobic strengthtraining enables athletes anaerobic metabolism for energy system limiting enzymephosphofructokinase (PFK) activity increased, indicating that the intensity anaerobicexercise longer be able to regulate the rate-limiting enzyme of glycolysis energy supplysystem energy supply capability.(2) Longer aerobic strength training can effectively improve serum isocitratedehydrogenase (IDH) activity, thereby increasing the aerobic oxidation for energy systems for energy capabilities. As the rate-limiting enzyme isocitrate dehydrogenase, increased its activity requires a longer process.(3) In anaerobic energy dominated sport, sports training acquired during therate-limiting enzyme activity does not increase the long-term, which is the load ofathletes during training intensity and load, and therefore to maintain a high activity, must adhere to long-term, high-quality training, in order to maintain a high level ofmetabolism and status.
