In recent years, the secondary vocational education trained tens of thousands of talents forsociety, but one big problem we encountered in the process of the moral education tovocational students is it’s difficult go into to deep, in the face of the secondary vocationalschool students ideological and moral accomplishment is low, the national vocationaleducation in developed regions relying on moral practical-training base of moral education,and worked well. Through the investigation, reference MS school plans to make full use ofexisting school enterprise cooperation joint resources and construction of moral education andtraining base, give play to moral practice activities and moral education classroom is the mainposition advantage. But the content of the construction of moral education training base MSschool is diverse, complex, huge, plan the construction period is short, so the level of projecttime management level, directly affect the completion of school education and teachingarrangement and teaching task. In the constraints of provisions for time and quality,theapplication of project time-management established a firm foundation of the construction ofmoral practical-training base of MS school.In this paper, using the method of time management, put forward the moralpractical-training base construction project in time management thinking to the overallsupervision of the school, using the related theory of construction project management andtraining base, adopts the case study method, comparative analysis, literature research, researchon the method of time management in the construction of moral practical-training base of MSschool,and the problems may occour and finally design a better time-management plan.Content of project time-management training in the construction of moralpractical-training base of MS school includes: definition of the activities in the project of theconstruction of moral practical-training base of MS school, sequencing of the activities,time-estimation of the activities, schedule plan and schedule control etc.. In this paper,the draftof project schedule control in the construction of moral practical-training base of MS schoolused the technology of network planning. First use the work breakdown structure WBS breaksthe whole construction content into a minimum task, draw a network diagram, through thetechnology of network planning, calculated the time difference, and estimates the total projectduration, determine the critical path combined with optimization network planning figure,estimating activity duration, resources, risk management, activity characteristics, in order tofinish the tasks in time.
