As an important part of the kindergarten life activities, dining activities contain abundant educational value. Teachers’education behaviors in dining activities affect children’s healthy development. This research mainly adopts observational research. The author makes use of self-made observational scale, goes deep into the kindergarten to observe teacher’s education behaviors during the dining activities and uses SPSS17.0to analyze data.This paper analyzes quantitatively teacher’s educational general situation, the characteristics of education behaviors, contents, results, the differences of education behaviors in different age classes, the different factors influencing the educational results and discusses qualitatively the characteristics, problems and influencing factors of education behaviors in kindergarten dining activities. The characteristics of teacher’s education behaviors in kindergarten dining activities include:teachers are the main educators and nurses are complementary; the behavior is usually caused by children’s individual dining performance, gives priority to reminding and suggestions, there are some differences of education behaviors in different age classes, etc. And there are some problems:the encouraging and demonstrating instructions are a little fewer, and blaming instructions are a little more; the behavior with positive emotion is too less, the behavior with negative emotion is too much; the contents about urging to dine or being quiet are too many; the behavior of refusing or criticizing or threating is too much; new teachers’ educational effects are usually bad. Research shows that some factors affect teachers’ education behaviors in kindergarten dining activities, for example, teachers’ concepts on education and children, teachers’sense of responsibility, educational ability, teaching age, children’s age characteristics, individual differences and the nature of dining activities. To solve above problems, the author puts forward four aspects suggestions:setting up the correct concepts of education, constructing scientific views on children, enhancing teachers’ sense of responsibility and improving teachers’ educational ability.
