| This Thesis uses the qualitative research way, aiming at making a deeply comparative analysis of children’s dining behavior and the differences between being at home and kindergarten. Firstly, based on the coding and analysis of a large number of the observation data, the researcher classifies children’s dining behavior into three aspects, including undistracted dining behavior, distracted dining behavior and the dining behavior related to dining habits. Also the researcher describes various specific performance of children’s dining behavior in detail.Secondly, based on the specific description of children’s dining behavior, the researcher finds there are differences among children’s dining behavior, adult intervening behavior and the environment of dining, and then explains the differences in detail to make the difference between dining at home and kindergarten clear.Furthermore, according to the performance of children’s dining behavior, the researcher analyses the reason why there is difference between dining at home and kindergarten. And then finds out, Physical and Mental characteristics is the premise reason that affects children’s dining behavior, including the age characteristic, congenital temperament characteristic and appetite characteristic. However external environment is the main reason that affects children’s dining behavior, including food and recessive dining rules, dining environment and the education aspect.Finally, to offer some reference, based on the analysis the reason of the difference between home and kindergarten, the researcher pertinently put forward a set of measures, for example understanding of children’s physical and mental characteristics, kindergarten paying attention to keeping food color, parents making clear dining rules, also there should be a certain space for children to discover no matter at home or kindergarten and so on. |
