According to relevant literature,the modern society is generally lack of correct cognition of dietary behavior,and obesity,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and other diseases are more and more young,which is closely related to diet.Studies have found that the establishment of eating behavior in the kindergarten stage will be basic shape and later difficult to correct.However,according to the author's observation,in the kindergarten children appear picky,not concentrate on eating and other bad eating behavior has not been enough attention.These results led to the theme activities of food and education in this study,in order to provide ways and means to improve children's unhealthy eating behavior.Firstly,through literature review,observation and interview with preschool teachers and parents,it is learned that children are picky about food and cannot eat independently.Based on dietary behaviors,the theme activity of food education is designed for these dietary behaviors.A small class A in Z garden was taken as an example to carry out the education experiment with the theme activity of food and education,and another small class B was taken as the control group without the theme activity of food and education.After the conclusion of pre-test statistics,the theme activity of food and education was carried out according to various dietary behaviors of class A for 3 months,and the way was concentrated teaching,environment creation,parents' activities and social practice activities.The three theme activities are beans story,delicious food and body self-protection.Each theme activity has environmental creation and corner activities,allowing parents to take care of their children to do food education and daily life education at home.The diet behavior of the experimental class and the control class was measured after the diet activity to measure the effect of the diet activity.This paper summarizes the implementation experience and educational reflection,and puts forward educational Suggestions on how to promote children's dietary behavior through themed activities.Secondly,the basic point of this study is that the theme of food and education activities on children's dietary behavior is effective.Conclusion according to quantitative and qualitative analysis.After 3 months of experiment,the experimental class was significantly improved in terms of picky eating,bad eating habits,satiety response,emotional eating,and active eating ability,but not in terms of food response and exogenous eating.Observation records showed that the problem behaviors in each dimension of the experimental class were reduced compared with 3 months ago.Finally,this research USES the questionnaire method and the observation method unifies the method.Questionnaires were distributed to the experimental class and the control class before and after the test.The pre-test experimental class is analyzed by means of mean and norm comparison and independent sample T test.Nonparticipatory observation was used for 90 days.According to 183 observation records in the first month and 101 observation records after the third month,the results were classified and analyzed.The innovation of this study lies in the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods and the use of the theme of food education activities to develop children's dietary behavior.The deficiency of the research is that the implementation time of the theme activity of food and education is too short,the questionnaire of others is directly adopted,and the implementation process cannot be completely done according to the assumption.
