" Dynamically generation " is an important teaching philosophy of the new curriculum reform advocates. The new curriculum emphasizes the dynamically construction of effective teaching and knowledge, and also focuses on the growth of students with life caring and highly personalized attention. But nowadays, many teachers still stick to the teaching mode of "Teacher Center, teaching center, knowledge center". Most of the students study passively, they can hardly by initiative or enthusiastic. Their thinking ability and innovation ability is hardly developed. Thus it is very important to exert teachers’ educational wisdom, to develop students’ personality, to highlight the dominant position of students and promote the teaching efficiency. In this paper, the author, a teacher on the front, describes the construction and implementation of mathematical proposition with the combination of mathematical proposition and dynamically generation.1.
