With the development of basic education curriculum reform, the full implementation of the new curriculum, it put forward higher requirements to construction of teachers’ team. Realization of teachers’professional development is the basis of improving the quality of basic education, and teachers’academic is one of the effective ways to improve oneself. Traditional teaching methods due to the restriction of time and region, funds have far cannot satisfy the needs of teachers’development, network training arises at the historic moment, and becomes the new mode of teachers’continuing education. Teachers’ network academic community is given priority to with academic exchanges of first-line teachers, and provide the ideal environment to communicate, learn, train, research, reflection for teachers."There is no interaction and communication, there is no community, community there will be no exchanges and communication."Interaction is one of indispensable factors in the teachers’network academic community, especially the social interaction is the key, it is the premise of ensure the quality of teachers training in the community network. This study is on the basic of abroad about the research achievements of social interaction in network virtual community, analysis the connotation of teachers’academic social interaction in the network community, through content analysis and questionnaire survey to understand the status of the teachers’social interaction in network academic community, then analysis the system elements of social interaction,mechanism and implementation, finally put forward to a strategy that enhancing teachers’social interaction in network academic community. I hope through research will provide guidance of social interaction design in the teachers’network academic community, and improve the quality of teacher network training.
